Redipple Terms of Service
Effective date: September 22, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Redipple at redipple.tapthatconcepts.com, operated by TapThat Concepts Lc (“Redipple,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accepting these Terms or using the service after receiving notice of them, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter these Terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to accounts@tapthatconcepts.com. Do not share one person's login among multiple people; invite collaborators using their own accounts.
Available third-party sign-in services are subject to their providers' requirements and availability. You remain responsible for maintaining access to your chosen sign-in method and recovery email.
Catalogs and business collaboration
Redipple lets you create, organize, search, and maintain product catalogs and related inventory information. You may maintain personal catalogs, name multiple catalogs, and associate permitted catalogs with a business.
A personal catalog is controlled through its owner’s account. A business catalog is accessible to authorized business members. Staff can view, create, and edit products. Admins have additional permissions to manage people and business settings and perform restricted actions such as permanent product deletion. Catalog ownership and reassignment remain subject to the service’s access controls.
You are responsible for inviting the correct people, selecting appropriate roles, and reviewing access. Associating a catalog with a business permits the business’s authorized members to access it. Removing a person’s access does not recall copies they previously obtained. Access roles in Redipple do not decide legal ownership of business records or resolve disputes between collaborators.
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in content you enter or upload. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, store, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service, honor your sharing choices, and comply with law. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You must have the rights and authority needed to provide and share your content. Do not submit information you are prohibited from disclosing, payment-card details, passwords belonging to other services, government identification numbers, or sensitive medical or personnel records. Redipple is not designed to store those records.
Acceptable use
Do not use Redipple to violate law or another person’s rights, impersonate others, upload malicious code, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape private catalogs without authorization, send abusive invitations, or attempt to access another user’s account or data without permission. Report suspected security issues privately to our contact address.
Accuracy, scanning, and backups
You are responsible for checking product descriptions, prices, quantities, units, allergens, storage information, and calculations before relying on them. Barcode scans identify codes; they do not guarantee that a code is assigned to the correct product. Verify assignments and packaging details.
Redipple is an organizational tool. It does not replace food-safety procedures, product labels, accounting controls, physical inventory checks, or professional advice. It does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
Keep independent exports or backups of important records. Guest catalogs are stored on the device and can be lost when browser data is cleared. Cloud synchronization requires connectivity and may involve conflicts or unsaved changes. Review save status before closing the application or switching devices.
Service availability and charges
The service may change, experience interruptions, or have features that are unavailable or incomplete. We may modify features to improve reliability or security. We will provide reasonable notice of a material discontinuation when practical, except where immediate action is needed for security, legal compliance, or circumstances beyond our control.
These Terms do not authorize a charge. Any future paid offering will disclose its price, billing terms, and cancellation conditions before you agree to purchase it. Charges from your internet, device, or other service providers remain your responsibility.
Suspension and closure
You may stop using Redipple and request account closure by contacting us. Before requesting closure, export important information and resolve ownership or access for shared business catalogs. Shared business records may remain available to authorized business members, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, fraud, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Our intellectual property
Redipple’s software, branding, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, you may use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership of our software or branding transfers to you. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. We do not exclude warranties or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your unauthorized sharing of access or failure to maintain reasonable backups. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Disputes and changes
Please first contact accounts@tapthatconcepts.com with a description of a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Subject to mandatory laws that protect you, Arizona law governs these Terms, without its conflict-of-law rules. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.
We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes before they take effect where required by law. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using the service and request account closure. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you already have.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not override mandatory rights under applicable law.
